Sometimes I think my cards are too bright, so I challenged myself today to choose different colours, and also not as many.

Apart from her black jacket, I'm not sure that I succeeded, but I'm kind of happy with my card nonetheless.

MUCH LOVE for Saturated Canary

Today is the start of a new SATURATED CANARY CHALLENGE

 

The theme is FLOWERS.

I've used this gorgeous new Spring image which you can find to purchase in Krista's store.

 

I've tried a watercolor background for something different, thanks to the wonderfully talented Alyce at Kit and Clowder.

 

I think i overdid the color a little, but I'm liking the general effect.

Well, another week has flown by in the blink of an eye.

It's time for a new DECONSTRUCTED SKETCH already.

I've kept my card fairly simple, as I really wanted to showcase this amazing new release from Krista at SATURATED CANARY.

I've been saving my favourite Simple Stories patterned paper for a special project, and finally caved and used it for Beach Pretty.

It's time for a new Deconstructed Sketch.

It's been a somewhat hectic week for me this week, with hubby away, cycling 1000km in 7 days to raise money for prostate cancer. So its a quick post for me, and a quick simple card too.....
